How much does a roof inspection cost?
Nothing — inspections are 100% free. Call anytime — we answer 24/7. Request one online (24-hour notice) and we'll confirm your appointment time by phone; need it sooner, call us. We just ask that the homeowner or tenant is present while we're on site.
Do you work with insurance claims for storm or hail damage?
Yes. Storm and hail work is a big part of what we do. We document the damage during your free inspection and work alongside your insurance claim from start to finish. If you've already started a claim, let us know when you schedule.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in South Omaha with offices in Lincoln NE, Atlantic IA, and Craig MO — so we cover the Omaha metro and Council Bluffs, Lincoln, western Iowa, and northwest Missouri.
What shingle brands do you install?
We're an Atlas Roofing contractor and install the Atlas lineup: StormMaster Shake, Pinnacle Pristine, and impact-resistant Pinnacle Pristine IR — plus we install flat and metal commercial systems.
Do you handle commercial and flat roofs?
Yes — commercial roofing of every type, including flat roofs with HVAC, vents, and piping to work around, and metal systems. We plan the job to minimize disruption to your parking, entryways, and day-to-day business.
Do impact-resistant shingles lower my insurance bill?
Many insurers offer discounts for Class 4 impact-resistant shingles like Atlas StormMaster Shake and Pinnacle Pristine IR — ask yours, and we'll provide the documentation. Ask us about IR options at your inspection.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes — we install manufacturer-warranted roofing systems and stand behind our workmanship. Your South O rep will walk you through the exact warranty coverage for the products on your estimate.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, and card. You can also pay your invoice online through our secure payment page — note there's a 3.75% service charge for credit, debit, or PayPal payments.
Do you do more than roofs?
Yes — we're a full exterior contractor: gutters and gutter guards, siding, windows, wraps, exterior painting, and fascia work.
