When you request an inspection, send us a message, or chat with our website assistant, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email, property address and city, the services you’re interested in, insurance-claim status, preferred appointment times, how you heard about us, and anything you write in a message. If you apply for a job through our careers page, we collect your name, contact info, and the position you’re applying for.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, links clicked, general location, and device and browser type. See the cookies section below for details and opt-outs.

We use your information to respond to your requests, schedule and confirm inspections, prepare estimates, perform the work you hire us for, consider job applications, understand which parts of our website and advertising are working, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies to measure how visitors find and use the site. The chat in the corner of this site is an AI assistant. Your messages are processed by Anthropic (the AI provider whose model powers the assistant) to generate responses. We do not permanently store chat transcripts. If you ask for a callback and share your contact info in chat, those details are delivered to our team the same way a form submission is. Please don’t enter sensitive information — like Social Security or payment card numbers — into the chat.

When you share your contact info — through a form or the chat — and agree to the consent notice shown there, we may call, text, or email you about your request and our services. Calls and texts may be placed or answered with the help of automated systems, including AI voice assistants, and may be recorded or transcribed for quality and record-keeping.

You can stop at any time: reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and we’ll stop contacting you. Full texting terms are in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with anyone for their own marketing.

We share personal information only with the service providers that make this website work, and only so they can provide their service to us:

• Vercel — hosts the website and stores form submissions in private, access-controlled storage.
• Resend — delivers form submissions to our office as email.
• Google — website analytics, as described above.
• Anthropic — processes chat messages to power the website assistant.
• PayPal — processes online invoice payments. Payments happen on PayPal’s site under PayPal’s privacy policy; your card details never touch our website or our servers.

Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Form submissions are stored in private, access-controlled storage and kept as long as we need them for business records — scheduling, estimates, warranty history, and legal requirements. Analytics data is retained per Google’s settings. We use reputable providers and limit access to people who need it, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
